
Well if your here and reading than your a survivor! Great job on the
visit to the dealership! Now you have seen and driven all of your cars
that you are considering in your buying decision.
If you have hung in this long the dealers are pulling their
hair out
because they are not in control and this frustrates them! Now there
really itching to sell you a car. They have probably called you a few
times since you visited the dealership and there going nuts! Well lets
push the knife in a bit further! We are going to make it hurt.
It is time to make one last call to our car dealership friends. After
this one they are going to feel like a fighter in the last round that
just took a big punch! One more stab at the price without being in their
environment. Below is what you need to say. Now be prepared because they
will also be cranking up the heat. Remember this is war!
Final Call verbiage
" SALESPERSONS NAME,
this is YOUR NAME. I appreciate you
letting me stop by for a few moments and drive the car. We are really
close to our decision and just wanted to let you know that. I like your
dealership and the car but you guys are off a few hundred dollars. So we
will be making our decision in the next YOUR TIME
FRAME and wanted to give you one last shot. So sharpen your
pencil and send me an Email with what you come up with. I thank you for
all your help again."
Now be sincere with this and make them feel like you really want to buy
from them but they need to give you just a little bit better of a deal.
They are going to try to get you to give them an exact number and then
they are going to try and get you to commit to buying at a number. Do
not do it. Just leave it alone and say Email me your price.
Some dealers will shoot you a better price and some will say they are
all in. Either way it is time to move to the next step. Time for
Elimination Round Two.
