Step 1: Decisions
Introduction
Can you Buy & How Much
New Car or Used Car
What Make, Model, Etc.

We are prepared now to go face to face! If we are looking at buying a New Car it is not necessary at this point to visit all 6 dealerships as we have narrowed down to 3 cars and 2 dealerships per model. We only need to visit 3. If we are buying used then we need to visit the dealerships that have the cars still in contention.

How to schedule the visit for New Car Buyers!
Pick the dealership closest to you for each model. Now we set our schedule for the visits. Only allow yourself around 30 minutes per dealership. We are just going down and test drive the cars we are interested in buying. That way we can make sure we like the look and feel of the car. I have put the verbiage below for scheduling the appointment and it is important when you go that you do not allow them to take control. Let them take a few minutes to show you the car and then drive the car but do not let them force you into working numbers or buying. That is why it is great to only allow 30 minutes or so for this visit.

How to schedule the visit for Used Car Buyers!
You will be scheduling a visit with each dealership that has a car that is still in contention for you to buy. Only allow yourself around 30 minutes for each visit. We are just going to inspect and test drive the car. That way we can make sure we like the look and feel of the car. Visit Scheduling Verbiage
You want to call the dealership to schedule the appointment. Make sure to ask for the salesperson you have been communicating with by Email.
"SALESPERSON"S NAME, this is YOUR NAME and we have been speaking through Email about the THE CAR AT THAT DEALERSHIP. Well I would like to come down and take a closer look at it and take it for a test drive. I will be coming by on  TELL THEM THE DAY AND TIME  to see it and take it for a quick drive.  I just wanted to give you the heads up. I will make sure to ask for you when I get there. I look forward to seeing you on THE DAY YOUR GOING. Bye."

It is very important we keep control they may try and say they are busy and switch times on you. This could be they are busy or it could be them trying to throw you off and get control. If they say they are busy just simply say well that is the only time I have available will someone else be there that can help me. Even if someone else shows the car to you as long as you do not buy that day (which you better not) and when you do buy from the original salesperson when you come back they will get full credit.

The salesperson is going to be nice and likeable but do not worry your not going to crush his soul if you do not buy from him. He is doing his job and you are doing yours.

We are almost there folks so go get ready for your visit.
